At Just Us emergency and transitional living program we provide a safe, stable, and empowering environment for teens who are seeking stability, independence, and hope. Our purpose is to help youth rebuild, grow, and thrive together.

At Just Us, Emergency and Transitional Living Program our MISSION is to provide teens with a safe and supportive home environment where they can heal, grow, and gain the tools needed for lifelong independence. 


Our VISION is to implement a world where every teen has access to stability, opportunity, and a strong support system to help them reach their full potential.


Our CORE VALUES are Safety: We create a secure and nurturing environment. Dignity: Every teen is treated with respect and compassion. Empowerment: We believe in building strength, skills, and confidence. Community: We foster belonging and meaningful connection. Opportunity: We open doors to education, employment, and self-sufficiency.


We focus on the whole person- housing, mental health, education, job readiness, and emotional well-being, to help each teen thrive.

What Just Us brings to OUR community!

Just Us welcomes every teen in our community with resources such as,


Emergency Housing Program: 

A safe and short-term placement for teens in crisis or transition. 

There is a 24/7 supportive staff who implements immediate access to basic care and needs.  

Case management and next step planning will be ongoing. Transportation assistance will be accomodated to appointments, school, work and to take care of basic needs.


Transitional Living Program:

Stable, longer term housing provides structured support for youth building toward independence.

Life skills training (budgeting, cooking, communication, daily living, etc)

Education and employment support will be ongoing as well as mental health and wellness resources.


Case Management & Life Skills: 

Our case managers work one-on-one with each young adult to build personalized plans which includes goal setting and progress tracking.

Job readiness training and career planning along with financial literacy and personal development workshops.


Transportation Support: 

We offer reliable transportation to ensure access to work, school, therapy, and community services.


Recreation & Community Engagement:

We believe in healing through community and helping others.

Recreational activities and outings will be hosted on a monthly basis. Peer leadership opportunities are always provided and encouraged. 

Community service projects to give back to our neighborhood. 

Celebrations of cultural and personal milestones to honor every young adult in their journey.

Ensuring that each individual exiting our program is equipped with the stability, resilience, and confidence to thrive as self-sufficient, contributing members of their communities.
