At the Independent Living & Success Program we provide a safe, supportive, and empowering environment for young adults who are seeking stability, independence, and hope. Our purpose is to help participants rebuild, grow, and thrive together.

Our MISSION is to provide young adults with a safe and supportive home environment where they can heal, grow, and gain the tools needed for independence and longevity.

Our VISION is to implement a world where every young adult has access to stability, opportunity, along with a strong support system and resources to help them reach their full potential.

Our CORE VALUES are Safety: We create a secure and nurturing environment. Dignity: Every young adult is treated with respect and compassion. Empowerment: We believe in building strength, skills, and confidence. Community: We foster belonging and meaningful connection. Opportunity: We open doors to education, employment, and self-sufficiency.

We focus on the whole person- housing, mental health, education, job readiness, and emotional well-being, to help each young adult thrive.

What The Robert Lee WN Foundation brings to OUR community!

The Independent Living & Success Program welcomes every young adult in our community with resources such as,

Emergency Housing Program:

A safe and short-term placement for young adults in crisis or transition. We also offer a first month program fee scholarship for young women with no income.

There is a 24/7 support line for access to emergency resources.

Case management and next step planning will be ongoing. Transportation assistance will be accomodated to appointments, school, work and to take care of basic needs on a first come first serve basis.

Transitional Living Program:

Stable, longer term housing provides structured support for young adults building toward independence.

Life skills training (budgeting, cooking, communication, daily living, etc)

Education and employment support will be ongoing as well as mental health and wellness resources.

Job readiness training and career planning along with financial literacy and personal development workshops.

Transportation Support:

We offer reliable transportation to ensure access to work, school, therapy, and community services.

Recreation & Community Engagement:

We believe in healing through community and helping others.

Recreational activities and outings will be hosted on a monthly basis. Leadership opportunities are always provided and encouraged.

Community service projects to give back to our neighborhood.

Celebrations of cultural and personal milestones to honor every young adult in their journey.

At our Independent Living & Success Program, we strive to provide a safe, supportive, and empowering environment for young adults who are experiencing crisis, homelessness, or transitional challenges of any kind.

Our purpose is to support growth and independence through compassionate care, individualized guidance, life skills development, education, and access to resources needed. Ensuring that each participant exiting our program is equipped with the stability, resilience, and confidence to thrive as self-sufficient, contributing members of their communities.

Founded in 2021, The Robert Lee WN Foundation, Independent Living & Success Program provides quality care and services to young adults facing homelessness or other hardships. Our commitment to excellence has earned us a reputation as a trusted and reliable provider of independent living services.
